Pinkleton's Caramel Corn (various flavors) (JS)
Pinkleton's makes their caramel corn using organic Oregon butter or coconut butter, various sugars and sea salt. Their spun copper pot churns out batch sizes of just 18 pounds at a time. There is nothing fast here. To get the rich buttery flavor in their five original flavors, they use three times as much butter as other caramel corns. For their vegan treats, they use coconut butter. In many regards, they are closer to toffee than caramel.
